Q. Why should I hire Commercial & Advertising Photography?
A. I have been producing photography for advertising for over 25 years. If you look at the quality of my images and the depth and diversity of my portfolio and client list you'll find I'm a seasoned professional who knows how to deliver. My images work hard to support your project. I believe my experience combined with my rate is tough to beat. In the competitive field of commercial photography, many of my clients have remained loyal, some for over 20 years.

Q. How do you charge?
A. My fees are based on time (day rate) plus expenses, larger projects with defined parameters can usually be project priced.

Q. In what form will I receive my project?
A. All projects will be delivered to client on DVD in any of the folowing formats, PSD, Tiff, Jpeg or any other requested standard electronic format. Typically the full blown very hi-res PSD formats are the largest and contain the most useable information, full size Tiffs or reduced size, jpegs sized to your specifications are all the most popular formats. A color proof sheet of the “edited selections” will also be included.

Q. When is payment required?
A. Payment is due upon receipt of images. A deposit may be required before shooting, especially on larger projects.

Q. What are billable expenses, pertaining to the taking of photographs?
A. Typically assistant, background materials, props or unusual rental items if required, and travel if applicable. All known expenses will be listed on my initial quote for approval prior the assignment date.

Q. What kind of usage is given client?
A. Client typically receives unrestricted copyright usage of photography created by me. Third party usage if required must be negotiated before use.

Q. What about postponements or cancellations?
A. There is no fee for postponements if the shoot is rescheduled within 45 days. Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled shoot will be billable at 1/2 the estimated shoot rate. Cancellation within 24 hours of a scheduled shoot will be billable at the full estimated shoot rate.
